Rajma curry
Soak 2 cups of rajma.overnight or for 8 hours.
Boil them in a pressure cooker till.it softens
Separately make onions, tomatoes puree along with ginger garlic paste, add bay leaves, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder,garam.masala.powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder cook everything for a while later add in the boiled rajma beans.
Cook again for 15 mins.
Mash half of it
Add coriander leaves and enjoy
Dahi bhalay
Besan 7-8 tablespoons
Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
Salt one teaspoon
Crushed red chili powder 2 teaspoon
Haldi half teaspoon
Soda 1-2 pinch
Mix all the above ingredients with water and make a batter consistency
Now take one tablespoon and put besan mix in medium hot oil and make bhalay turn them till they become golden brown
Put them in a bowl of water so they get completely dipped in water take each bhala carefully out and squeeze it carefully to remove water and place them in the dish
For yogurt
Take 500gm yogurt whisk it and add salt to taste red chili powder 1-2 teaspoon
Chaat masala 2 teaspoons and mix it well and pour it on the bhalay at the time of serving to Garnish it with chaat masala onion and hara dhaniya
Matar chawal
Ina pan adds oil fry onion, zeera, Kali mirch, Darcheeni long then add tomatoes paste salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, then add peas, and bhige hue chawal dhaniya, pudina, Hari mirch and make rice.
Kachumber
Chopped tomatoes, onion, green chili, coriander, salt, lemon juice and mix.
