Lemon Pepper Karhai



Lemon Pepper Karhai Ingredients 
Chkn half kg with bones
Crushed garlic 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp or to taste
Black pepper freshly ground 1tbsp
White pepper 1tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Lemon 1
Lemon powder pinch
Spring onion (white part) half cup
Mustard oil 2tbsp
Butter 3tbsp
Big green chilies 4,5
Ginger julienne 2tbsp
Lemon slices 3,4
Fresh coriander 2tbsp


Lemon Pepper Karhai preparation method
In a pan heat butter add garlic and saute for a min then add spring onion when it gets translucent then add chicken,salt,black pepper,white pepper and cook until chicken is half done then add mustard oil( heat on high flame when it gets smoky turn off stove and cool, then used it in your food), yogurt, lemon, and lemon powder and cook on medium flame... when oil separates and chicken is done add green chilies and turn off flame... garnish with ginger, lemon slices and coriander leaves...enjoy with paratha.
