Hara Lehsan with mashed Bajre ki Roti Ingredients
Hara lehsan 1 pao
Bajre ki roti 4 to 5
Salt 1tbsp heaped n 1tsp
Oil 1/2cup
Hara Lehsan with mashed bajre ki roti preparation method
Chop lehsan into very thin slices
for bajre ki roti u need 1/2 kg bajray ka aata ,water n 1tsp salt n 1 to 2tbsp of oil ,knead the dough well ,n make peras by wetting ur hand n make it roti n tawa ko medium anch pe kr k senk len and then in chopper crush the roti
In a large plate add chopped hsra lehsan, crushed roti n 1tbsp n keep it aside
Heat mustard oil or any oil ( u r using) n pour over that mixture of lehsan n roti n cover for five minutes n served immediately with dahi and dahi with began ka bhurta .. yum its is a winter speciality
For began n dahi ka bhurta
U need 1 pao dahi n one gol bengan
Apply oil on the outer side of bengan n grill directly on stove n cook outward completely
then soak that bengan in a bowl full with water
Remove its skin
In a bowl,add dahi, bengan n salt n mix well n serve with lehsan
Best tyme to eat lehsan is in breakfast as it is very heavy to digest .. take some juice or any juicy fruit to prevent lehsan ki garmi
