Firni Ingredients
Milk 2.5 liter cupsice 1.5 cup/ 375 gm ( soaked for 2 hr and blended with 3/4 cup water)
Cardamom 7-9 coarsely crushed
Suger to taste or 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Kehwara essence 2 drops
Firni preparation method
brings to boil in milk and add rice with cardamom *stirin intervals till rice get cook on medium low flame.
add condensed milk and sugar *cook till desired consistency *but keep consistency not too thick as it will form shape upon room temperature. *add essence drops and set in servings dish
garnish with nuts as per likeness.
