Pancake Ingredients
1 cup (130 grams) all-purpose flour (Maida)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (28 grams) granulated white sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup (240 ml) milk
2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter, melted
Pancake method
First mix all dry together then add egg-milk and butter. Mix them. Don't over mix. Bus itna milao k mix ho jaye. It will have some guttlian so don't worry. You can add a tsp vanilla essence
Now heat a pan, put little butter and pour 1/4 cup batter and cook it until bubbles form on one side, then flip other side and cook till slightly golden.
