How To Make Green Chutney

Ingredients for Mint Green Chutney
1.5 bunches of coriander with stalks - chopped
Less than half a bunch of mint - destalked and chopped
10/12 green chilies
4 dried red button chilies
Some freshly milled black pepper
Pink Himalayan salt to taste
1 cube of frozen garlic paste or 1tbsp fresh garlic paste
1/2 tsp of zeera powder

Note: Tamarind pulp - put a chunk or tamarind into a glass or jam jar, pour boiling hot water on it, give it a stir, leave it to cool, put it in the fridge and forget about it for a few days 😉 ( Add lemon juice if tamarind isn't available)

Method for Mint Green Chutney

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Add only a little bit of water if necessary.
