If we trace the history of grilling back to the 17th century, the grilled chicken was first introduced by the Arawak
of the Caribbean and South American. The tribe uses to grill on the sticks
of the trees to create fire and then place the meat on them, these sticks were
used as skewers. This method was known as Barbacoa. Then the idea was carried
forward by the Spanish people and then the idea was moved by the Southeastern
American’s in the 18th Century.
Grilled Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce Marination
Garlic Paste – 1tsp
Oyster Sauce – 1 ½ tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce – 1 tbsp
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Chicken Powder – ¼ tsp
Chili powder – 1tsp
Oil – 2tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Carrots - 1
Broccoli – ½ cup
White Zucchini – ½
Fresh Beans - 2
Water - ½ cup
oyster sauce 1tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
brown sauce 1 tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Dark Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Grilled Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce Preparation Method
- Take chicken breast and cut it to half and prepare the margination
- In a bowl add garlic paste, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, chicken powder, chili powder, lemon juice, oil mix well
- Now apply the paste to the chicken, marinate and keep aside.
- Now cut the veggies, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini and boil for 3 minutes.
- Now take a pan and add 2tbsp of oil and cook marinated chicken on medium-low flame, each side for 5 minutes.
- Make sure both sides of the chicken gets brown grill spots
- Now take the pan and add 2tbsp oil and add chopped garlic and sauté veggies, salt ½ tsp. oyster sauce 2 tsp, and sauté on high flame.
- Take a pan add 2tbsp oil and add garlic chopped and add whole dried red chilies and 1 small thick-sliced onion
- Mix well after 2 minutes add ½ cup water add oyster sauce and Worcestershire sauce, brown sauce, chicken powder, sugar, dark soya sauce mix well
- Now prepare cornstarch for thickening.
- Now heat a grill pan to serve sizzling grill chicken
- Now first place thick onion rings then grill chicken on one side, on the other side side-line veggies and French fries.
- Now pour the thickened sauce on the grilled chicken and sprinkle chopped
green onion.
