Oil garam kr k us mei zeera aur sabot lal mirch daal ker 1 min tuk fry kerein phr pyaz fry ker lei jub pyaz fry hojay tu us mei bhindi cut ker k add kerdein ab us mei salt aur mirchein dal ker bhonte jay lekin dhukan nahi dhankna 6 minutes tu aese hi fry kerein phr 2 minute k liy dhuk ker dum dedein .
