Imli k Phool Qeema
Ingredients:
Mutton qeema: 1/2 kg
Imli k Phool: 1/4 or half a quarter.
Salt: 1tbsp
Red chilli powder: 2tsp
Haldi: 1/4tsp
Onion: 5/6 big size.
Oil: 1 1/2 cup
Garlic paste: 1tbsp
Method:
Put the onion in a oil and let it be half cooked. Add garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi and qeema and bhunafy it well. Then add 2 glass of water and cook in medium flame. Then in the last add imli k phool and cook in low flame. Bhunafy it well and turn off the flame. Serve it with chapati & enjoy :)
