Schezwan Chicken


Schezwan Chicken

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken cut into cubes 1/2 kg
Corn flour 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour 1-1/2 cup
Eggs 2 beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
Garlic cloves 5-7 chopped
Fresh ginger grated 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Capsicum (cubes) 1
Brown sugar 1 Tsp
Green onion 1 bunch
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Chicken cubes 2
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds 1-2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Whole red button chillies 3-4

Method:
In a bowl mix cornflour, salt, black pepper, soy sauce 1 tbsp, chilli sauce 1tbsp and marinate it for 2-3 hours than in another bowl mix eggs, all-purpose flour and a pinch of baking powder and deep fry the chicken pieces and set aside

In a frying pan heat oil sauté garlic and ginger then add sesame oil and mix then add the
Tomato ketchup, soy sauce , chilli sauce , vinegar , chicken cubes, brown sugar , chilli flakes, whole red button chillies,water and mix well let a boil comes then add chicken PCs and capsicum to it and mix well now add cornflour+ water mixture to thicken it and add sesame seeds and green onion to it and serve it with fried rice
