Karri Pakora

Ingredients:
For Karri:
Gram flour 8 tablespoons
Yoghurt 1 and a half cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Onion 2 chopped
Ginger garlic paste 5 tablespoons
Green chillies 5
Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons
All spices powder 1/2 teaspoons
Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri Mirch 3
For Pakoras:
Gram flour 1cup
coriander 1/2cup chopped
Onion 1/2cup chopped
Salt to taste
Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
Mint leaves chopped 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1/2ts
All spices powder 1/2ts
Oil for frying
For Tarka:
Oil 1/2cup
Onion 1 chopped
Garlic chopped 9
Kashmiri Mirch 3
Karri patta 5
Green chillies
Cumin seeds 1ts
Red whole chilli 3-4
Method:
Heat a pan, add gram flour in it and keep on mixing it till it gets a slight golden brown in color, (bhunofy) now take a blender and add gram flour in it and add all the Karri ingredients and blend until it makes a fine paste. Add water now and blend more.
Now take a big pan oil and add ginger garlic paste and some cumin. After a minute of frying, add the blended karri paste with 1 cup water. Let it cook for about an hour.
For pakoras, add all the pakoras ingredients & add water n make a thick paste. Now add chopped veggies like onion, mint leaves n coriander n mix well. If you wish to add potatoes, you can add them as well. Fry them and keep them aside. Enjoy it with the Tarka I mentioned in the Tarka ingredients x
A small tip: Add Pakoras in Karri after keeping them aside for about two minutes so that they don't get soggy!
