Bhindi Aloo Fry

Ingredients
Ladyfinger. 20
Cut vertical thin slices
Potatoes. 2medium
Cut into smaller thin cubes then boil
GRAM flour. 1, 1/2cup
Salt. To taste
Crushed red. 1tbsp
Chillies
Ajwain. A pinch
Roasted cumin. 1tbsp
Coriander
Lemon juice. To taste
Black pepper 1tsp
Mango powder. 1/2tsp
Chaat masala. To taste
Food colour. A pinch
Method
Take a big bowl to add besan, salt, Ajwain, amchur powder(mango powder), red chilli powder, food colour, black pepper, cumin powder and mix well dry. Now heat oil in a wok then dry coat bhindi very well with besan mix and fry until its golden brown and crispy. Now boil potatoes then dry them well. Coat in besan mixture and fry until it became crispy and golden. Now drain excess oil and mix both bhindi and potatoes together. And sprinkle some Chaat masala and lemon juice and serves immediately.
