Marinate
500 grams of Boneless Chicken 
Lemon Juice 1tbsp 
Salt 1/2tsp

Take a bowl and add :
Ginger paste 1tbsp 
Garlic paste 1tbsp 
Crushed Green Chillies 1tsp (Crushed)
Cornflour 2tbsp 
Cumin Powder 1tsp 
Red Chilli Powder 2tsp 
Salt as per taste 
Yogurt 1/4cup 
Olper’s Cream 2 tbsp 
Olper’s Milk 1/2 cup 
Kasuri Methi 1tbsp 
Oil 2tbsp 
Cilantro Leaves 1tsp (Chopped)

Method : 
Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients and leave it for 2-3hours and grill.

DOODHYA PARATHAY
Ingredients :
All-purpose flour 1cup 
Wheat flour(atta) 1/2cup 
Oil 3tbsp 
Salt 
Olper’s milk 1/2cup 
Water 1/4cup

Method:
Mix all purpose flour and wheat flour with oil and then add Olpers milk with water and knead. 
And Deep Fry or Shallow Fry.
