1.5kg ARVI peel and cuts into the half.
Take oil and fry 4 to 5 garlic clove finely chopped. Now add kalonji and zeera.
Than add arvi fry little and add salt+turmeric powder+ crushed red chilli(Kuti hoi Lal Mirch).
Bhoonofy it.
Now add approx 1 cup water or water which cover your arvi.
All will be in high flame
Now squeeze 2-3lemon juice or crushed raw mango if you have and 3 to 4 green chillies and put it on dum until Arvi is tender.
