Chicken Crepe Roll

Ingredients
For batter:
flour 5tbsp
egg 1
baking soda 1 pinch
Milk 4 tbsp
Water (as required)
Salt 1/3 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes quarter tsp
Method
Add all the ingredients and mix well (batter should be in pouring consistency)
Heat pan, grease well add a spoon of batter and cook on slow flame until both sides are done. Make the crepe by remaining batter and Keep aside.
For Filling
Chicken 1 breast Piece (cut in small cubes)
Salt 1pinch
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, 1 Tsp
Oil 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste quarter tsp
Method
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, chicken and sautè for 2 min. Add in remaining ingredients and cook until chicken is done. Let it cool
Assembling
Take crepe spread mayo and ketchup add chicken and roll it. Assemble remaining crepes also and serve
