Dhaba Palak Gosht

Ingredients
Mutton half kg
Palak 1 kg boiled and mashed
Ginger Julian cut
Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Green chillies crushed 3-4
Haldee 1/2 Tsp
Lal Mirch 1 Tsp
Zeera powder 1.5 tsp
Bhuna kutta dhania 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cream 2 tbsp
Meethi
Chopped onion 1 medium
Tomatoes 2 cut in small cubes
Hara dhania for garnishing
Method
Boil mutton with salt and garlic cloves. When mutton is tenderized, take a wok add chopped onion fry it till golden brown then add tomatoes and bhunify it. Then add gosht and lehsan, bhunify them. Add all masala except garam masala. Then add palak and meethi, bhunify. Then add green chillies, hara dhania, ginger after few minutes add cream and garam masala and leave it for 5 minutes on dum.
