Mutton Leg Roast

IngredientsMutton leg 1 whole
Kaccha papita half cup
Gg paste half cup
Sirka half cup
Salt 1-2 tbsp
Red chilli pow 2tsp
Haldi 1tsp
Tikka masala 3tbsp
Wash and pat dry mutton leg and make a deep cut in it.
Marinate with vinegar mix with turmeric powder for at least 12 hours in a large pan and flip after 6 hours.
After 12 hours apply gg paste kaccha papita and rest of the ingredients and left for at least 8-10 hours flip after 4-5 hour.
Bake marinated leg in an oven for 1hour from each side or until done. Brush with butter and grill for 10 min.
For Veges
Cut 2 potatoes in slices and marinate with 1tbsp oil 1tsp oregano 1tsp crushed blk pepper and salt for 10min and bake for a half hour
Do same for peas.
For Rice
Boil rice 4cups
Salt 2tsp
Capsicum 1 cut in small cubes
Carrot 1 cut in small cubes
Vinegar 1tbsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Garlic 1tbsp crushed
Oil 1/4 cup
Heat oil in a pan add crushed garlic saute for 1 min add veges fry for 2 mins on high flame add rice and rest of the ingredients mix well and serve
