Ingredients
Boneless Beef half kg
Oil half cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric quarter teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Whole spice mix*I put andazay se*
2 cloves garlic
1 pc ginger
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 medium onion
2 tomatoes
Whole red chilli's 5 to 6
3 to 4 green chilli's
Green coriander for garnishing
Coal for smoke
Curd 1 cup
Cucumber few slices and 1 small onion for garnishing
Method
heat oil put meat n ginger garlic paste n bhoonofy 3 to 4 mins then add everything except curd cucumber 1 small onion( tht is for garnishing) green chillies green coriander and coal add 2 cups of water mix well and cover n let is cook on medium heat till tender chk after some intervals n add water if needed when meat gets tender bhoonfay it then put green chillies green coriander and put it on dam for 2 mins then give coal smoke...at the time of serving dish out meat then put beaten curd onions and cucumber serve wid nan or dal chawal
