Gool Gappay 

Ingredients
pani puri Samolina ( suji ) 2 cups fine (if ur suji is not fine then u can grind for just 15 seconds in a coffee grinder)
AP(All Purpose)flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1 Tsp
Water for kneading about a half cup or so
Mix all ingredients and knead dough.....It shouldn't too hard or too soft....After kneading let it rest for 10 minutes.....roll the dough in a very thin chapati without any flour dust (it will roll out easily) with a round cookie cutter cut the puri 's......fry in hot oil....press the puri immediately when u add in oil it will puff up beautifully. .....all ur puri's will puff up😉 ....fry all the puris in that way...and ur super crisp & puffy puri ' s are ready😊

Ingredients for channa chaat
2 cups of chickpeas boiled
1 big size potato boiled in small cubes
1 medium size onion chopped
Salt 1 Tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Cumin seeds half tsp
Mint leaves 2 tbs
Lemon juice 1 tbs (optional )
Mix Mix Mix & chaat is ready.

Ingredients for pani / tamarind water
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Water 1 & half litre
Salt 2 Tsp
Red chilli flakes half tsp
Cumin powder 1 Tsp
Mint leaves 2 tsp
Heat water in a pan....It shouldn't boil....Add tamarind pulp....Stir....add other ingredients except for mint leaves....Stir for 5 minutes.....off flame....let it cool.....add mint leaves.....cool it in a refrigerator or add some ice cubes & enjoy with puri ' s
