Kuta hua Tikka Masala

Ingredients
Gol wali mirch ( round button chillies) - 5-6 or according to taste.
Haldi - 1 tsp
Ajwain ( carom seeds ) - 1/2 tsp
Long ( cloves ) - 5
Kali mirch ( black pepper ) - 10
Bari ilaichi ( black cardamom ) - 1
Kachri powder or meat tenderizer- 2 tsp
Pisi hui jaifal ( nutmeg powder ) - 1/4 tsp
Pisi hui Javitri ( mace powder ) - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1.5 Tsp

Roast following 👇 masalas on tawa / frying pan ( no oil ) one by one.

Sabit dhanya ( coriander ) - 1 Tb sp
White zeera ( cumin ) - 1 Tb sp
Kala zeera ( black cumin ) - 1/2 Tsp
Daar cheeni ( cinnamon) - 1 inch pc
Saunf ( fennel seeds ) - 1 Tsp
Kashmiri mirch / daighi mirch - 3 pc or according to taste .
Kabab cheeni - 1/2 Tsp

Method
# Mix all the masalas .... roasted and non-roasted both .... put in the grinder and coarsely grind.
Bhut bareek nahi peesna hay .... thora mota mota sa peesiye, ye kuta hua masala hay.

Notes 
# Jin masalo ko taway par bhoon’na hay un ko aik aik kar kay bhooniye , koi masala jaldi bhun jata hay , kisi ko time lagta hay so don’t mix .

# you can use this masala in all type of BBQ marination... chicken, mutton, Beef, kababs ..... even in qeema and bhuni hui curries 😉... simply follow your favourite bbq recipe and replace packet / ready made masala with this masala.

# I make this masala in bulk and keep in my fridge ..... maheeno tak kharab nahi hota .

# If you wanna make in bulk, multiply the quantity.

# This quantity is enough for 1 chicken or 1 kg meat )
