Apple Cinnamon French Toast
Apple 1 medium size
Slices 2 pcs
Sugar 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Caramel 1 sachet (i used the one that comes with rafhan pudding)
Powdered milk half cup
Milk 4 tbsp
Lemon a few drops (optional)
Cinnamon powder half tsp
Method
In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, powdered milk, liquid milk (warm). Mix well. In a deep dish put the slices and pour the mixture. Let the bread soak the mixture then fry both sides.
In a separate pan drizzle some oil and cook apple slices on medium flame. Once soft (2-3 mins) drizzle caramel. Cook for 1 min and pour it on your French toast.
Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and a dash of lemon.
