Burmese Rice

Ingredients
2 + lbs chicken k liye
3 cups rice boiled
Spaghetti to desire boiled
3 eggs boiled
2 potatoes cubed toss with salt and food color and fry them separately
Hara masala : coriander ,podina , hari mirch chopped all together
Chicken ka salan :
Grind 2 medium sized onion fry in oil with ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp and chicken
Chicken achha sa fry ho jaye than add dahi 4 tbsp bhono on high flame
Grind 2 tomatoes
Add to chicken
Now add salt
Haldi
Pisi laal mirch
Chaat masala 1 tbsp levelled
Roasted and crushed coriander seeds,zeera, kaali mirch ,sabut laal mirch
Let chicken cook till tender

Now layering
A thick layer of boiled rice in a deep dish
Then add bhuna hua chicken ka salan
A light layer of rice again
Now top with boiled spaghetti hara masala ,boiled sliced eggs and fried coloured potatoes
