Cream Horns

Get empty waffle cones/shells from supermarket (if you have cone-shaped moulds at home, those can be used too) Preheat oven to 400F. Wrap the outer part of 4-6 of those waffle cones with aluminium foil. Brush them with oil. Take one big sheet of puff pastry n divide it into 6 equal longitudinal strips.
Wrap it around the cone, brush them up with some egg wash n bake it in the oven for 15-20 mins. Let them cool completely. May take 1-2 hrs.
Filling
Heavy whipping cream (or fresh cream): 1 cup
Powdered/icing sugar: 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence: 1/4 tsp
Method: whip them up together until stiff peaks form.
Pour it into a ziplock bag n cut one of the corners of the ziplock
Assembly
Fill the cooled cone with the prepared cream filling halfway, add 2 raspberries , fill the remaining with cream filling n top it up with raspberry.
