Dabba Gosht

Ingredients
Meat 1/2kg (boneless cubes)
Eggs 5
French fries (6-7potatoes)
Gg paste (2 tbsp)
Green chilli paste (1tsp)
Roasted coriander and cumin powder (1/2 tbsp)
Zeera powder (1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder (1/2tbsp)
Crushed red chilli (1 tbsp)
Turmeric (1/2tbsp)
Coriander powder (1/2 tbsp)
Chaat masala (1 tsp)
Shan teeka seekh kabab (1/2 packet)
Lemon juice (1 tsp)
Oil (2 tbsp)
Jalapeno/oregano (topping)


Method
Marinate meat with all the spices and lemon juice above...boil meat until tender...dry out the water...in another pan put oil and meat and saute it properly...in another bowl whisk eggs with salt and pepper...grease a baking pan now pour in eggs...then french fries...pour in the meat...pour the leftover egg on top...place leftover french fries and jalapeno and oregano and bake :) after baking sprinkle some more chaat masala on top...ready to serve
