Ingredients for Fruit Tart
Tart shell:
250g flour
125g Cold butter
90g Sugar
1 egg
Fruit Tart preparation method
Combine everything together to form a dough, let it rest in the fridge for an hour, roll and layer it on your tart pan. I have used a 10" tart pan here. Bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes. You'll need to put a parchment paper on your dough with beans or rice so that it doesn't rise and then remove the paper and rice and bake for another 5 minutes.
