Ingredients for Prawn Salad
Prawn 6-8 washed cleaned deveined
Butterbean 1/2 can be rinsed with water
Broccoli 1 handful cut into florets or 1/3 bowl
Peas with skin n shells green 1 handful or 1/3 bowl
Carrots 1/3 bowl cut small cubes
Onion or celery 1/3 bowl cut small cubes
Potatoes 3 parboiled cut round slices
Lemon 3-4 tbsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
1 tbsp olive oil
Prawn Salad preparation method
Boil water, add potatoes, boil about 10 to 15 min. Turn off heat n add broccoli, carrots, peas in the hot water. Throw the water after 5 min n separate potatoes. Deskin potatoes n cut round slices. Heat pan adds 1/2 tbsp oil when hot put potato slices n roast both sides on high heat. Remove once colored on both sides. Add remaining oil, when on high heat add prawn n cook on all sides, throw the extra water, add butter bean broccoli peas carrots onion add salt black pepper powder, toss mux n saute for 5 min. Remove n throw extra water from prawns n transfer onto a plate. Check salt n pepper to your taste add lemon juice n add roasted potatoes on sides. And done.
