Gg paste 2tbs
Onion 4 (fried n chora kr k)
Yogurt 1 pao
Cream 2 or 3 tbsp
Salt as required
Red pepper as required
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Raw papaya 1tb
Khaskhash 2tbsp (grinded)
Almonds 15 (grinded)
Kabab cheni 10 to 15 (grinded)
Cinnamon 4 stick (grinded)
Cloves 10 (grinded)
White zeera 1tsp (grinded)
Oil one cup

First, grind all the dry ingredients and then mix all the ingredients in mince and marinate for 2 hours. Then bhonify the mince and give coal dum... Garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies, onion, lemon n ginger.
