Namkeen Seviyan preparation method
In a pan heat half cup oil. Put sabit lal Mirch ( Tor ke) Rai Dana 1/4 tsp and some curry leaves. Then add 1 sliced onion. Saute it till pink in color. Add gg paste, 1/4 tsHaldidi 1 tsp salt ( little heaped) mix it then adds 1 tomato let it be soft. Then add 3 green chilies and chopped coriander leaves and add 3/4 glass of water. Cover it. When water starts boiling add 1 packet of crushed vermicelli. Mix it quickly so that all the seviyan are well coated. Cover it and keep on dum on low flame for few minutes. Make sure u put dum ki plate under the pan. When you see sseviyan are nice and done switch off the flame. In another frying pan fry an egg with little salt. Just scramble it with a spoon while frying. Add the egg to the seviyan.
Eat with limbo ka achaar.
