Tahiri preparation method 
Fry onion in oil till brown.
Add zeera, long, kali mirch in it.
Add tomato paste( at least of 4 tomatoes)
Add Salt, red pepper powder, hldi, Garlic paste/powder as required. Bhonify it.
Add potatoes and Little amount of water. Leave it on low flame till potatoes are almost done.
Soak rice in water for about 30 minuets.
Add the soaked rice in the pot when potatoes are almost done. Turn the flame to a little bit more than medium.
Add water, salt n red pepper if required as per the rice quantity and taste.
Turn the flame to low after the first boil in rice, let the rice boil on the same flame with pot open.
Once rice is almost cooked and the water gets vaporized, cover the pot and leave it on low flame for dum.
Turn the flame off once rice and potatoes are fully cooked.
Serve Taheri with raita and salad (which I didn’t make this time)
