Ingredients for Haleem
Wheat 1/2 kg
Barley 1/2 kg
Mong daal 200gm
Mash daal 200gm
Chana daal 250 gm
Masoor daal 200gm
Beef meat 1.5 kg—boiled with ginger garlic, haldi n salt n shredded
Shan haleem masala 1.5 packet
qorma masala 1/2 packet
Oil
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Fried onion 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Haleem preparation method
Boil all lentils with haldi only till most lentils dissolve
Boil wheat n barley
Now put oil of fried onions in a pan n put ginger garlic paste then blend yogurt n fried onions add haleem masala n little bit of qorma masala in oil n fry a bit now add yogurt n onions paste n fry this paste till oil comes now add shredded beef n fry n then add the soup of beef(water when u boiled it)cook for another few minutes rhen add in wheat barley n mix lentils also
Now cook for another 1.5 hrs n stir (do ghoota) in brew
Delicious haleem will be ready to add salt if needed
Garnish with fried onion oil n green masala
