Potato Bird Nest

Ingredients for Potato Bird Nest
for potatoes nest.
potatoes boil. 4,5 medium
salt. 1,1/2tsp
red chilli 1tsp
powder
turmeric. 1/2tsp
black pepper. 1tsp
cumin powder 1tsp
coriander. 1tsp
powder
khatai powder. 1/2tsp
green coriander as u like
green chillies. 1,2
cornflour. 2tbsp
wah sev. 1cup
wah potatoes
sticks 1cup
(crush roughly)
u can also add onion, capsicum cubes

Dipping 
flour(maida) 1/2cup
water. to make paste

Potato Bird Nest preparation method
for dipping
in flour add a little salt, pepper then make little runny paste with water. keep aside.

 for nest
take a big bowl, add potatoes boil n mash then add salt, red chilli, black pepper, turmeric, cumin corainder powder, cornflour,khatai mix well with hands then make a big balls n some small balls from this mixture then give nest shape to big potatoes balls. then dip this nest in flour runny mixture then coat well with wah sev n let it freezer for 15 minutes then fry until golden n crispy.

now take a small balls coat with same flour paste then coat with wah slims roughly crush. then freeze for few minutes n fry until golden.

then on a serving plate, place potatoes nest then place small balls like an egg on it. n ur nest with eggs r ready. good for kids n high tea parties.
