The most trending drink Pina Colada originated from San Juan, Puerto Rico. It first formed by Ramon “Monchito” Marrero in 1954 at Caribe Hilton by a bartender. He made the magical drink by mixing the blended fruits along with rum, coconut cream, and king of fruits pineapple. This way the amazing drink generated.

Pina Colada Recipe | Pina Colada in Mini Glass Ingredients

• Whipping cream - one cup 
• Coconut custard / coconut instant pudding 1 packet 
• Cream cheese (Philadelphia I used ) 
• Pineapple (can) crushed 1 cup juice drained 
• Coconut flakes sweetened 1/4 cup toasted for garnish.
• Maraschino Cherries one can (for topping ) 
• Pineapple chunks for garnish 
• Marie biscuits crushed 1.5 cups 
• Melted butter 1/2 cup 
• Sugar 2 tsp

• In a bowl add crushed biscuits and add sugar mix well and keep aside.
• now in a bowl add whipping cream and add cream cheese, coconut custard, crushed pineapples and mix all well.
• now pour the mixture into a mini glass and garnish with pineapple cherry on the top
• Pina Colada in mini glass is ready
• now chill and serve
