In a dish layer boiled channa sprinkle chaat masala and roasted and crushed zeera and red chillies (bhuna Kutta zeera mirch) mix them now pour sweetened yoghurt imli chutney then green chutney adds onion then layer boiled potatoes small cubes then tomatoes and. Onion then again sprinkles chaat masala pour chutneys sweetened yoghurt garnish with papri onion tomatoes coriander and more chat masala and roasted crushed cumin and red chillies.
Sweetened yoghurt
1cup yoghurt + 4tbsp sugar
Green chutney
In blender 1cup mint leaves 1cup Coriander leaves 5-6 Green chillies 1tbsp roasted zeera 1tsp black salt imli pulp 2tbsp
Imli chutney
Icup imli pulp along with raw sugar (gurh) 1/2cup, black salt 1/2tsp, Roasted cumin 1tsp, dry ginger powder 1/2tsp
Cook for 20mins and removes from heat.
Special chaat masala
Roasted cumin 1tbsp
Roasted red chilli 1tbsp
Khatai powder 1tsp
Black salt 1tsp
Grind them and save in an airtight jar
