Cream Cheese Brownies

These soft, light and flavorful brownies are easy and quick to make
Makes approx 16 brownies( using a 8” x 8” pan)
Batter of the brownies
Ingredients
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
4 oz unsweetened chocolate (melted)
8 tbsp unsalted butter
Mix all the ingredients and whisk until smooth
Take 2tbsp of batter out in a separate bowl and layer the rest in a greased pan
Cream cheese frosting
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1tbsp flour
2tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz cream cheese
Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of uncooked brownie batter
Microwave the 2 tbsp of brownie batter that was separated for 15 sec. put dollops of warmed batter on top of cream cheese frosting with a knife mix the two together
Bake for 35-40 mins at 325F or until brownie gets done
Mouthwatering brownies are ready to serve with ice cream or have them with tea, coffee or milk
