Ingredients
2 cups puffed rice ( murmuray )
2 cups boiled potatoes cut into cubes
6 papdi
1cup sev
1tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion

Sweet chatni
1/2 cup tamarind pulp
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Blend all the above ingredients.

Date chatni
12 dates
1/2 cup tamarind pulp
1tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp salt
Blend all the above ingredients.

Green chatni
1/2 coriander leaves
10 mint leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic paste
1 green chilli
2 tbsp water
Blend all the above ingredients.

Ingredient for papri
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp zeera
10 to 12 tbsp water

Method for papri
Sift flour, add salt and zeera , rub ghee well and add water to mix the dough.
Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Roll and cut into big rounds and deep fry.

To assemble
Crush the puris, mix the sev and puffed rice, add boiled potatoes. pour chutneys, add chopped onion, coriander leaves and chat masala. Enjoy!
