Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients
First layer:
Tea time biscuits 6 half roll
Butter 150gm
Second layer:
Cream cheese 400 gm
Cream 400gm
Powder sugar 6-7 tbsp
Mango pulp of 5 medium size mangoes
Gelatin powder 8tbsp
Third layer:
Slice juice 500ml
Gelatin powder 5tbsp
Method:
1. Crush biscuits and add melted butter pour into cake pan and let it set in the refrigerator
2. Make mango puree and set aside.
3. Now beat cream cheese, cream, sugar powder, mango pulp and blend well.
4. Boil half cup of water adds gelatin powder a dissolve it completely.
5. Now add gelatin solution in cream mixture and blend well.
6. Now pour this mixture into cake pan and refrigerator it at least 2-3 hours until set.
7. For topping add gelatin mixture in slice juice and whisk well. Pour over cheesecake filling.
8. Now again refrigerate it until properly set.
