Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
9½ oz all purpose flour (about 2 cups)
3½ oz cocoa powder (about 3/4 cup)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1½ cups sugar
2 extra large eggs
8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 cup plain yogurt (or buttermilk)
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Chocolate chunks/ chips Half cup

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 9 by 9 inch pan or a bundt/tube pan.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Toss the chocolate chunks into the dry ingredients (coating the chocolate chunks with flour prevents them from sinking to the bottom of the muffin while baking).

Whisk together the sugar, butter, eggs, yogurt/butter milk and vanilla until well blended and consistent.

Stir the wet mixture into the dry and stop stirring when the flour has disappeared and mixed well.
Pour the batter in the pan and bake it for 30-40 min ot until toothpick comes out clean at 180 Degree. When its done Take the pan out and let the cake cool completely.

Decorate with ganache or chocolate Galze.
