Ingredient
Kaleji half kg
Dahi 1 cup
Onion 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 tb sp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chillie powder 1 tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
Kasoori methi 1 tb sp
Oil half cup

Method
Pyaz fry kerlein aur usmei zeera daal ker bhon lein phr is mei kaleji dal ker fry krte huay huri mirch bhi daal dein aur thora sa fry kerlein us k bad dahi aur tamam spices add ker k pakalein aur 10 minute k liy dum dedein
Salt end mei add krna hai
Jub salt add kerlein tu usko fry ker k kasori methi dal dein aur hara masala daal ker serve kerein.
Tips kaleji ko dhonay se pehle milk luga ker rakh dein 10 minutes k bad ap usko water se wash kerlein tu juldi gulti hai.
