Sidelines mix veggies and mashed potato
Mix veggies
Capsicum carrot cut long thin and sweet corns
And boil it in sugar water. (You can add other veggies too like broccoli and parsley baby tomato etc)

Mashed potato
Take potatoes. Boil it, peel it. And mash it
Now add some salt n pepper and nupur butter or any butter. 2 tbsp cream and 3 tbsp milk.
Mash properly now add seasoning thyme and oregano.

FOR STEAK TOU NEED BEEF UNDERCUT/ HUNTER CUT LONG THIN SLICES:

Marination
Imli pulp 1 whole packet imli
2 tbsp mustard paste
Paprika or red chilli powder
Crushed red chillies
Salt up to taste.
Apple cider Vinegar 1tsp
Soya sauce 1 Tsp
Voyster shine sauce.
Garlic paste
Papita paste
And some tandoori masala
Marinate it very well for at least 24 hours if you marinate longer that s great.
Then grill it or cook in steak pan

White sauce for topping
Take butter 2 tsp and 2 tsp maida bhoonofy well. Lowest your flame add milk slowly do care lumps naa Baney add some water and do check the consistency add some salt and pepper and thyme and oregano.
Now add half packet cream and some cheddar cheese. Your sauce is ready to top.
