Chicken Parmesan Schnitzel and Steamed Potato

1. Boneless chicken- 500 gm
2. Salt- 1 Tsp
3. Pepper- 1 Tsp
4. Soya sauce- 1 Tsp
5. Paprika- 1 Tsp
6. Oregano- 1/2 Tsp
7. Garlic powder- 1/2 tsp
For breading station
8. Egg-1
9. Cornflour-2 tbsp
10. All-purpose Flour
11. Breadcrumbs
12. Parmesan cheese
Make thin steak cuts of boneless chicken and marinate with the above ingredients. Refrigerate for half n hour and then make medium sized schnitzels over a breading station (flour+cornflour - egg- bread crumbs mixed with parmesan). Deep fry until golden brown on each side.
Steamed Potato With Greens
Make a dressing with :
1/4 cup olive oil
Crushed garlic-1 clove
Lemon juice- 1 whole
Paprika- 1/2 Tsp
Cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Salt n pepper
Pour a little of this dressing over a bowl of cubed potatoes and sprinkle thyme and oregano and steam them for 10 to 15 mins.
Mix the potatoes with
Cucumber
Lettuce
Corn
Kidney beans
Pour the rest of the dressing and toss the salad
