Sole fish in Tomato Kalongi Curry

Wash and set aside 500 grams of Sole Fish cut in biscuits.
In a wok, add oil and saute 1.5 tsp mixed ginger garlic paste. Add 1 small tsp kalonji, 12 curry leaves, 8 dried whole red chillies, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and some salt to taste. Mix well. Sprinkle water and saute.
Add at least 4 tbsp tomato paste with a 1 mug of hot water to this paste. Let it boil. Check for taste, add more paste if u feel it's not tangy enough.
Once the oil rises, place the fish in the curry and cook for a minute on one side. Flip. Do not flip the fish more than once as sole has a tendency to break.
Coat the curry over the fish and when it's done just add a squeeze of lemon(optional) and garnish with coriander and green chillies. Serve with white rice!
