Harissa Chicken
Step 1
Whole wheat 250gm soak Kar dein 5 to 6 hours , whole wheat ko boil Kar lein chopped green chillies gg paste k saath ,. Saath saath ghothtay bhi Jaye ache sai gandum pak Jaye flame off .
Step2
Oil mein 1 piaz ko brown Kar dein , 1 pao chicken bone wali or gg paste daal k achi tarah bhun lein, 1 chopped tomato 2 to 3 tblspn dahi , Lal Mirch powder,haldi , dhania powder,zeera powder,garam masala powder salt daal k achi tarah bhun lein or Thora Pani daal k pakaye chicken cook ho Jaye qorme ko ache sai bhun lein k oil uper ajaye, qorma ready, qorme sai chicken nikal k mote mote pieces Kar lein chicken k or phir chicken or qorme ko boil gandum main mix kar k pakaye low flame Pai.
Step 3
2 bunches palak, palak ko cut Kar k 3 tblspn oil mein saute Kare 3 to 4 minutes, phir palak ko bhi gandum main mix Kar lein, palak ko server karne sai half hour pehle saute Kar k gandum main mix Karen otherwise color change ho jata hai palak kaa.
Step 4
Button red chillies 6 , whole zeera, onion, in sab ko oil mein daal k bhagar Dena hai. Lemon, chaat masala ,green chilli,adrak sai garnish kar dain
