Rusks (Homemade Cake Rusks)

Ingredients for Rusks
1 tsp vanilla ext
A pinch of orange food color
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup ghee
1 cup sugar
2 cup Maida
4 eggs
Rusks preparation method
Add ghee in a bowl
Add sugar and then beat it
Add eggs, vanilla ext n food color, mix them well!
In a separate bowl add flour n baking powder
Now add flour mixture in small portions in eggs and beat!
Spread mixture in a baking tray
Bake for 35 mins at 180
Cut into pcs
Bake for 17-18mins at 160, if cake rusks are still soft, bake for 5 mins more...
