Tawa Pasanday

Ingredients
Beef Pasanday cuts 1/2kg
Ginger garlic Paste 1tbsp
Near tenderizer 1tbsp
Green chilli paste 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Roasted crushed cumin 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Yoghurt 1cup
Salt 1tsp
Lemon juice 4tbsp
Oil 1/2cup
Method
Marinate pasanday with above all ingredients leave it for overnight or for 6 hours at least
Put all of them over tawa and cook till all the water dries out and meat gets tender
Garnish with lemon coriander serve with raita and paratha
