Ingredients for Panjiri
Sooji,3 tbsps
Almond,
Cashews
Sunflowers seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Sweetened shredded coconut
Ghee, 2 tbsps.
Brown sugar optional
Panjiri for the preparation method
In a pan, heat ghee, then add sooji, saute for 5 minutes then add all dry fruits and saute for 5 minutes, but on a small flame, then add shredded coconut,
I did not brown sugar. Because coconut was too sweet.
