Put oil in a container. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste stir fry. Add 3 tomatoes juice(tomatoes and a little bit of water and then blend it). Then add one tablespoon red onion (not crushed.)Then add red chilli powder one and a half teaspoon and turmeric powder half teaspoon &salt according to taste.mix it well till the oil comes up. Add half kg boneless chicken into it. Add 4 tablespoon yoghurt, one tablespoon coriander (slightly grind not powder)& one tablespoon whole cumin ginger slices &3 or 4green chillies. when chicken is completely cooked add 4 tablespoon cream half teaspoon garam masala powder and quarter teaspoon of Kasuri methi cook it for 2 or 3 minutes Delicious Handi is ready to Serve it with tandoor roti naan or chapati
