Baked Zucchini Pizza Style

1. Cut strips of zuchini and lightly coat with olive oil, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. I used one large zuchini. 2. Next use a thin coat of pizza sauce. I didnt have it so I used ketchup.
3. Top with any leftover chicken pieces. I gave coal ka dum to the chicken to give it a nice barbecue flavor and added capsicum and tomatoes with parmesan on top 4. Bake for ten mins or so till done.
