Ingredients
Beef/ chicken mince 250 gm
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tsp
Haldi 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala powder1/2 tsp
Lal Mirch powder 1/2 Tsp
Crushed red chili 1/2 Tsp
Zeera powder 1 Tsp
Dhania powder 1 Tsp
Green chili chopped 4
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt
Method
In a pot add oil add qeema , ginger garlic paste, cook 2 minutes now add all masala Haldi, Lal Mirch, garam masala zeera, dhania, crushed red chilli salt green chilli add half cup of water cover and cook high flame for 10 minutes after 10 minutes your qeema almost ready and qeema water should be dry completely flam off keep aside. Add spring onion and tomatoes small cubes in qeema.
Paratha dough :
Maida 2 cups
Oil 2 tbsp
Milk half cup
Salt
Pinch of baking powder
Mix all ingredients and make a smooth dough.
Making paratha
2 beaten eggs. Now take a paratha dough and make 4 balls, make roti( don't use dry maida use oil making roti) add qeema add 2 tbsp beaten eggs and now fold paratha like square shape and sealed carefully, from another side In a pan add oil and add paratha fry from both sides. Serve with chatni raita.
