Baked Potato Fries

Ingredients
4 medium-sized potatoes weight approximately 600 grams (peal, wash & cut into julienne)
Salt 3/4 tbsp
Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 Tsp
Oregano 1/4 Tsp
Organic garlic 7 to 8 cloves
Olive oil or vegetable oil 1 to 2 tbsp
Instructions
Put potatoes in a large bowl add in crushed garlic and all other seasonings and oil, then mix well until all potatoes coated with Masala.
Line your baking tray with foil and spread potatoes in single layer on it and then bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 30 to 40 minutes or until they become tender & crispy.
Transfer in your serving plate sprinkle some lemon juice, parsley or coriander leaves and enjoy.
