Beef Shami Kababs

Ingredients
Beef cubes 1 kg
1/4 cup chana daal
Button red chilli 4-5
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
Lal Mirch powder 1tsp
Haldi half tsp
Egg
Method
Pour 4 cups of water in a cooking utensil and add all the spices and let it cook. When its half done, add soaked chana daal and cook it completely. Let it cool and grind well and add one egg and make kababs.
